These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clawy Keyboard application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading or using Clawy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Clawy

You may use the Service for your personal, lawful use. You are responsible for the device, account, and permissions needed to access Clawy, and for keeping your device secure.

2. Features and availability

Clawy may include keyboard tools, translation, AI-assisted writing, and VPN-related features. Features may change, be limited by location or network conditions, or require an active subscription or in-app purchase as shown in the App Store.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use Clawy to violate any law or the rights of another person. You are responsible for content you create or send using the Service.

4. Intellectual property

Clawy and its underlying software, visual design, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.

5. Third-party services

The Service may link to or work with third-party products, including Apple services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Translation and AI suggestions are tools, not professional advice; review important content before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawy and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend access to the Service when reasonably necessary. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the Service.
